Jillian Clark is a partner with BCPK and has been with the firm since 2017.  Across more than a decade of practice, Jillian has experience advising clients in a broad range of matters, including real estate development and land use, business planning and transactions, and trust and estate planning and administration.  In her real estate practice, Jillian handles all aspects of transactions involving commercial, mixed use, and agricultural properties, including sale structuring, contract drafting, and due diligence review.  In addition to her practice, Jillian serves as a manager of BCPK’s affiliated title company – Edwardsville Title & Escrow – where she has extensive experience handling every aspect of real estate transactions for the firm’s clients.

Apart from her real estate work, Jillian has experience advising closely held businesses in a wide variety of industries through acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, succession planning, and buy-sell agreements.  Jillian regularly works with businesses and business owners in such diverse fields as dentistry and other professional service providers, construction, hospitality, and retail.

In addition to her commercial work for the firm, Jillian counsels clients on estate planning, assisting individuals and families with trusts, will, and powers of attorney tailored to their unique goals, family dynamics, and circumstances.

Outside of the office, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and dog exploring the food, music, and parks of Edwardsville and the St. Louis area.
